During school hours there are a number of scenarios that might require a teacher to perform First Aid. This course is designed for teachers and education professionals who are in the care of children above two years old.

This course will cover:

• DRSABCD action plan – learn the steps in assessing whether someone has any life-threatening conditions before administering first aid
• Asthma – learn how to identify an asthma attack and the proper way to administer medication
• Anaphylaxis – learn what to do if someone is having a severe allergic reaction and how to properly administer an EpiPen®.
